This is a great running 1997 Geo Metro with only 150,000 miles on it. When we got this vehicle it had a blown head gasket, no headlights, and other minor things. The head gasket has been replaced, new timing belt, camshaft seal, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, oil change, A/C recharge, and a multi function swith for the headlights. The car runs really well and the transmission shifts wonderful. This is a basic model without any power steering or poer windows. The body has a few dings and dents on it as you can see in the picture. Also someone, for some apparent reason, spray painted the driver's side with green spray paint. The left side also has many little dings in it if you can see them in the pictures. Once the head gasket was replaced, we noticed the car smoked a little then went away. After about an hour it smoked a little more then went away. It seems as though the valve stem seals are leaking at times. This is an easy fix for a mechanic. These cars are VERY easy to work on. When we did the head gasket, we were very sure to replace everything that could go wrong with it. the A/C in this vehicle is very cold and the heat works great.
